1. Controller

GALENX SAPI DE CV, which operates the GalenXLab brand and website ("GalenXLab", "we"), located at Av. Prolongación Centenario 2025, Lomas de Axomiatla, 01820, Mexico City, Mexico, is responsible for the personal data you provide through galenxlab.org.

2. Data we collect

Through our website forms (for example, "Get my plan") we collect:

• Name.
• Work email.
• Company or organization, role, country and organization type.
• Any information you choose to write in the comments field.

Please do not include health data or patient data in our forms. We do not request sensitive personal data.

When you browse the site we also collect technical data (IP address, browser and device type, pages visited) through cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).

3. Purposes

Necessary purposes:

• Preparing and sending you the plan or information you requested.
• Contacting you to follow up on your request, schedule a call and, where relevant, prepare a service proposal.
• Protecting the site and forms against spam and abuse.
• Keeping a record that you accepted this notice (date, time and version).

Optional purposes:

• Sending you content, news or invitations related to GalenXLab (for example, articles or podcast episodes).

To opt out of optional purposes, email servicios@galenx.mx. Opting out does not affect how we handle your request.

4. Service providers and transfers

To run the site we use providers that process data on our behalf, including: website hosting, transactional email, call scheduling (Cal.com), web analytics (Google Analytics) and, where applicable, bot protection. Some of these providers may store data outside Mexico, including in the United States and the European Union.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own purposes. We only disclose it when the law allows or requires it, or to competent authorities that request it.

5. Retention

We keep form submissions for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a business relationship exists (in which case legal and contractual periods apply) or you ask us to delete them sooner. After that, they are deleted or anonymized.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use our own cookies and Google Analytics cookies to measure, in aggregate, how the site is used (visits, pages and button clicks). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will keep working.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent by emailing servicios@galenx.mx with:

• Your name and a way to contact you.
• The right you want to exercise and a clear description of your request.
• A copy of an official ID (or your representative's authorization, if applicable).

We will respond within the timeframes set by law.

8. People outside Mexico

If you contact us from Canada, the European Union, the Nordic countries or elsewhere, you may also exercise any rights granted by your local law using the same email address.

9. Changes to this notice

Any changes will be published on this page, with the update date and version.
